An elderly woman reports to the Bochum fire department: the stairwell is full of smoke, the smoke detector in the basement beeps incessantly. Your escape route from the attic is cut off. The emergency services have to hurry, a race against time begins. Ambulance services and an emergency doctor are called to a man with acute heart problems. Did he have a heart attack?
