A lecher appears at Sing Yuet Mansion, the building where KO family lives. The gatekeeper CHAN claims that the garbage collector LUK is one of the victims. HING calls for a meeting with residents and forms a "dare-to-die corps" to patrol around. HEI and the other women try to act as the lure to draw the lecher out but they are not successful. During the investigation, they have accidentally discovered many hidden crimes and unexpected things...
