The council clean up their room. Takatoshi's inadvertent compliments about Hagimura's Suzu bell get her flustered. They stay over at the family cabin. The council does some exercising and host the lost and found. The council prepares for Halloween festivities and dress up. Rain almost cancels out their costume contest, but it clears out in time.
