Lucia is in love with a honest fisherman of Naples and dreams of marrying with him soon. After a tivial incident, Lucia hurts her hand a young doctor takes care of her. The young doctor, who lives in a villa nearby, is also an accomplished violinist, who can play the instrument beautifully.
